Terms of use
Last updated ยท 2026-05-21
By installing, signing into, or using XPO (the mobile app, CLI, MCP server, or website at xpo-connect.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use XPO.
What XPO is
XPO is an independent third-party developer tool for monitoring and managing your Expo Application Services (EAS) builds. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Expo, Inc. We talk to Expo's API using credentials you provide so we can show you your own data.
Your account
You create an XPO account by signing in via GitHub, Google, or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in provider account secure. If your XPO account is compromised, sign out from Settings and revoke all linked Expo PATs and API tokens.
You can permanently delete your XPO account at any time from Settings โ Delete XPO account. Deletion removes your profile, linked Expo accounts, and all associated tokens immediately.
Your Expo data
You're the owner of any data you link into XPO (Expo PATs, build metadata, project information). We don't claim any rights to it. We use it only to show you your own data and execute actions you trigger.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to link any Expo account you connect to XPO. If you connect a client or employer's Expo account, you should have permission to do so.
XPO Pro
XPO Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks build actions, push notifications, multi-account linking, and CLI/MCP API tokens. Purchase is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; their terms govern payment, refunds, and renewals.
XPO Pro is a lifetime unlock โ pay once, no recurring charges. We don't bill you again. If a future major version (e.g. XPO 2.0) introduces new features behind a separate purchase, your XPO 1.x Pro entitlement remains valid for XPO 1.x indefinitely.
API tokens, CLI, and MCP
Personal Access Tokens you generate in the XPO app are scoped to your XPO account and act on your behalf. You're responsible for keeping them secret. Revoke tokens you no longer use from Settings.
Acceptable use
- Don't use XPO to access Expo data you don't have the right to access.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app or our backend.
- Don't abuse the XPO API in ways that constitute denial-of-service or attempt to exhaust shared resources.
- Don't share API tokens publicly or commit them to public repositories.
Service availability
XPO depends on Supabase, Expo's API, RevenueCat, and Apple/Google push infrastructure. We can't guarantee uptime of any of those services. If a third party is down, parts of XPO will be down too. We do our best to communicate outages.
Disclaimer of warranty
XPO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that build actions will succeed, that notifications will be delivered, or that the app will be free of bugs. Use your own judgment, especially for destructive operations like cancelling production builds or rolling back OTA updates.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTH and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of XPO, including but not limited to: failed builds, lost time, lost revenue, or data loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via in-app message. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
